Terms of Service

RankMyContent is a daily paid leaderboard for individual pieces of public content. Each day a fresh board opens with exactly 100 slots. Rank is determined solely by the amount paid: claiming a slot costs at least ₹10, and beating an existing position costs at least ₹10 more than the amount currently held there. Every board closes 24 hours after it opens, its final results are permanently recorded, and a new board opens immediately. See our Rules page for the full mechanics.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use RankMyContent. By submitting content, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You're solely responsible for the content URL, title, thumbnail, and creator handle you submit. You must own the content or otherwise have the right to link to and promote it. You may not submit: content you don't have rights to; adult or sexually explicit content; chat/invite links (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.); or anything illegal, defamatory, or infringing. We may hide or permanently remove any listing, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including after payment has been made — see our Refund Policy for what that means for your payment.

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway; we never handle your card or bank details directly. A payment only grants a slot or rank once it is confirmed as successfully captured. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before paying — in short, payments are final.

Rank on an open board can be overtaken by a higher bid at any time before that board closes — paying for a slot does not guarantee you'll hold that position, or any position, once the board closes. We make no promises about traffic, views, or exposure resulting from a listing.

You retain all rights to the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant RankMyContent a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publicly display the title, thumbnail image, creator handle, and a link to your content on the leaderboard and its permanent result and board-history pages, for as long as the listing remains on the site.

RankMyContent is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankMyContent and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to RankMyContent in the 30 days before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
